He lived in Falmouth Forside, just outside of Portland, Maine. He was born in Norway (where, I don't know) in the late 1800's. He was one of 14 children. His father was a sea captain and friend of Raol Amundsen, the great explorer.   Oscar was a chauffer for a wealthy widow in Portland. He had three sons. Oscar, Jr., Robert and Carl. Oscar's brother, Fred, was a landscape designer and designed the landscaping around Casco Bay in Portland. He disappeared from the area in the 1940's. I am particularly interested in information regarding where Oscar was born in Norway. Thank you for your help.
