You will be thinking it is time I bought the census book instead of asking for lookups so often! Not sure if these folks are still in Cumberland in 1900. Warren BARTLETT and Helena THOMPSON, both of Raymond ME, were married in Gray 19 Aug 1893. They later lived in Mechnic's Falls (looks like Androscoggin Co. on my map?). Helena died in Lewiston hospital in 1923 and is buried in Raymond. I have her marriage and death certificates but would very much like to find details of her family. If only the 1890 census had not disappeared! I have a letter written by Helena to her sister (my grandmother) in New Brunswick in 1891 from Gray ME. Her writing and spelling are very poor but she asks to have her mail directed to "Grady Man Miss Helena M. Thompson in care of Mr.(or Mrs.) Avelen (or Auelen) Aporaled". Any ideas?
