I've "rescued" an old bible belonging to the family of Eber STONE and his wife Nancy ATHERTON STONE. The bible states that Eber STONE was b. 17 June 1797 and d. 22 October 1874 and Nancy ATHERTON was b. 6 October 1795 and d. 9 May 1874. It appears to state that both were b. in Waterford, Maine and both d. in Boston, Massachusetts. The couple was married 16 May 1823 in Waterford, ME and had 7 children.
