Susanna Meador of S.Farnham Par, Ess.Co. sells John Chamberlain of same parish a tract of land on a swamp called King's Branch and running to a swamp called the Tanyard in S.Farnham Par. which land was devised in the will of RICHARD GREGORY the elder dec'd to his son RICHARD GREGORY and by his decease did descend to his 2 sisters ELIZABETH MOORE the wife of THOMAS MOORE dec'd, and SARAH MEADOR the wife of JOHN MEADOR dec'd, and by their decease is now descended to JOHN MOORE eldest son of ELIZABETH MOORE dec'd, and to the sd SUSANNA the only daughter of SARAH MEADOR dec'd. s/Susanna x Meador.
