Yes Fran, You are correct. William Bell married the daughter of Thomas Meador by the Thomas Will. Says,"I give to my daughter Frances Bell....." The Will of Thomas was in Essex Co. VA. I have the Will of William Bell and his wife is listed as Frances Meadows Bell Alcock. I have the marriage document of Robert Alcock and Frances Bell (widow). This was in 1786 i believe.
