I trade E-mail with Victor and he doesn't have any more. The best thing to do is xerox the pages you want from a copy. The DAR and LDS libraries have them and you might be able to check out a copy from the LDS library via local LDS library branch if there is one near you. Actually, the best thing to do is to go spend lots of days at the LDS librariy in Salt Lake City. I have gotten lots of good data there.
