Hello Cousins, I was at Caroline Co VA Courthouse the other day and the early records are no longer kept there. Caroline Co VA Records are kept at courthouse from 1900 up. Caroline Co VA Records are kept in Fredericksburg VA years 1899 down. I will be posting a sheet that was given me from Caroline Co VA soon, when I scan.
