    3. Hello Again, My connections are with Josiah SR 1754 and another lineage with Francis SR 1730ish. There are two sets of Jacobs that came from VA. One is in Rockingham Co. VA then migrated into Monroe Co WV. (then VA). This one would be supposed son of Francis Meadows. Then there appears to be yours. Born VA, and landed in Giles Co. VA & Mercer Co. WV (then VA). I do not have a list of wives and children for the various Jacob men. Maybe the list can provide one for you if at all possible. I was once in VA then in WV and now back in VA again. I move alot it seems. Yay. I hope this information cleared things up for you, Cousin Robin Jack Crawford <crajac@verizon.net> wrote: Robin Thank you so much for the wonderful info. I am not actually related, but my Aunt, Earnestine Meadows Crawford is.....If we have our facts right, the line goes.....Jacob.. b. 1763..son, Jeremiah, b. 1815, son, Jonathan, son Clarence Emory and Earnestine. I was wondering how you fit into the Meadows, and how you connect? I'm a bit confused on Jacob. One person who has done the DAR thing has his father as Francis Meadows.......the other who has also done the DAR has his father as Josiah Meadows. Each thinks their info is correct. Do you have a list of Jacob Sr's wives and children, with dates and descendants? Where do you live? I read with interest the description of the properties on Christians Ridge, and waters of Adairs Run. My dad was born and was raised on Adairs Run. His sister lived on Christians Ridge. I am from Pulaski, VA Thanks Jack Crawford ----- Original Message ----- From: Robin Connors To: Jack Crawford Cc: List Meador ; List Meadows Sent: Sunday, January 29, 2006 10:23 AM Subject: Re: Jacob Meadows SR,JR, Jordan, Adam...Giles & Mercer Co.
