Virginia married Judith Snead (daughter of John T. and Sarah Snead) December 22, 1859 in Mercer County, Va/WVa. James Clark was the s/o Henry Clark & Ruth Mize. James Clark disappears after 1860, haven`t been able to locate James in the 1870 census, so I am asuming that he was killed in the Civil War or he died some other way. James left one male child, Elijah C. Clark b. 1862. Some think that James Clark married a second wife Celia E. Meador (daughter of John & Ann Meador) on Sept. 28, 1864 in Mercer County. I think Celia E. Meador married a William Clark b. abt. 1855. Does anyone have information about Celia E. Meador and her Clark marriage? She married again to a Benjamin F. Meador I think.
