Meador is listed in the 1870 Census Jumping Branch, Mercer Co., WV as CELA CLARK. She is living with her father John Meador and stepmother Matilda so she probably was a widow. She has children William Clark 4, and Cela A. Clark 2. Perhaps you are correct in believing she married William Clark as she named her son William. I don't have any other info. about which Clark she married but I do know that she later married Benjamin Meador as you indicated in your posting.
