Type in "Oxford County" and genealogy If you search down through the listings that google shows you will find (I think it was on the second page) a Richards of Andover family history. Andover is right near Mexico. It has a ton of information, including John E Richards b 1869. I didn't go further, because it's time for me to go visit my hubby in a rehab center.
