Hi Jeff; I have only the index to the 1870 census. It lists two Albert Richards, both age 14, born Maine and in Lincoln county. One enumerated in Jefferson M593 Roll 549 p. 571. One enumerated in Whitefield, M593 Roll 549 p. 715. The age indicates these are not the person you are looking for. I also looked under "Richard". Do you have any other ideas for possible spellings of the name?
