    3. I'm new to the list and am hoping someone has access to 1880 index. I need to find CALVERT heads of household who were born in Virginia. I just hired a professional to search for a marriage record I assumed was in Connecticut, but now I realize it also could have taken place in Maine, where my gg grandfather (not Calvert)lived in 1880. I hope this isn't very time consuming, and I hope there aren't any VA Calverts! Thankyou so much, MaryLynn PS I don't have any census records, but I have the Family Tree CD Maine Marriage Index 1743-1891 if anyone would like a lookup of that. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? 3. I did a search of the New England disks. There was no Calvert on those disks born in Virginia. But, could there be alternate spellings of Calvert that should be checked? 3. Thankyou Dana, I was hoping not to find Minnie in Maine. I haven't done much searching for Calverts yet, she's my only one, so I don't know about the alternate spellings. I'm trying to find the marriage so that I can discover her parents. Thanks again, MaryLynn --- Dana Edgecomb <nighthawk@psouth.net> wrote: > I did a search of the New England disks.
