Thank you, this is a big help. Do you have any idea where the "Alms House" was? I have reason to believe it was on Munjoy Hill. I'm also looking for owners of properety at 65 Quebec St. at about this same time. It was the location of EN GREELY & SONS DAIRY. It still stands today & I would like to have it put on the Landmarks marker program, but need to know the exact history of the property. Perhaps you might know of someone who might do the lookups at the Court House! EN is Edward Nelson Greely & sons are Fred & Elmer.
