your request is a difficult one. I looked in 1850 York county census Saco twp and found 3 Wakefields, none contained your George. There are 31 other Wakefields in York county so I really need something else to go on, another possible county would help. Oh I also looked at the 3 George Wakefields in York county hoping for the obvious, he was named after his father, but no 12 year old sons named George.
