This is a request for a friend of mine, who is having a problem finding his grandparents from their entry into the U. S. Mr. Brusa worked in the stonecutting business around Hallowell, before moving on to Vermont with his growing family. Searching for Gian Augustino Brusa, Giovanni Augustine Brusa, or Augustino Brusa in Hallowell, Maine. His wife was Anne/a (Locarno), and there was probably one child, Joseph, purportedly born in 1898. Have found documents variously listing Mr. Brusa with any of the first names listed above. This family moved on to Vermont probably before 1910. The parents were born in Italy. Thank you for any info you can provide me on this family. Barbara
