My cousin Nancy just sent me this: Tilghman Family 1600's Kent Snodland Parish There is a wonderful woman named ELIZABETH TILLMAN who lives in KENT who wrote a series of books on the KENT TILLMANS. She says that CHRISTOPHER TILGHMAN and ANNA never had any children at all (I have seen posts though that list 4 or 5 children for them) and that our colonial CHRISTOPHER who arrived in the colonies in the 1640s was probably a nephew of theirs not their son. Of course sources here say that STEPHEN TILLMANS Book was based on pieces of the family bible from COLONIAL CHRIS that showed CHRIS and ANNA as his parents. Elizabeth was kind enough to write to me and send me a copy of what she thought was the correct line of our CHRIS. I have emailed her to ask what Elizabeth had sent. thanks Becky
