If you have information on my grandmother's parents (Stella Maddox & Ernest Arvey?) that I could have, I would be happy to come pick it up or make copies or whatever I could do to make it easy. You may know my brother. His name is Wayne Bromley and he has a used car dealership in Pittsville. His wife is Beverly....sons Danny & David. Small world, isn't it? I'm really excited about your connecting the Arvey & Maddox families for me. And I think I remember my uncle mentioning your family. It all seems to fit now that I've had time to think about it. Just can't quite figure out that census stuff where Preston Arvey was first the child of only Martha (the sister-in-law) and then was the child of Ernest & Martha (the wife).
