Charles was living with Levin and Amanda in the 1900 census, Charles and his wife Mary and daughter Susan were living with Amanda in 1910 census. I know almost nothing about Charles, and we do not know a whole lot of Levin Edward Horner and his wife Amanda Lewis. I can send you the information from these two census records if you need it.
