Look on ABEBOOKS.com and you'll find them - Williams is pretty pricey though - usually over $100 for the two volumes. You can get a CD of Scharf's History of Western MD for about $28 - I've seen it for sale several places. It would be nice to have both of those standard reference works in your home library.
