John Beard 8/15/1818; specific legacy of all debts to widow $2,666.05; interest on farm $230.45; specific legacy to Rosanna $60; 1/3 to widow $383.51; John, heirs of Jacob, Henry, Elizabeth, Polly Kingery, Sarah, Peter, Rosanna each $95.88 T. $1,150.55. In the marriage index: MYERS, Henry/Mary Kephart 5/15/1813 Henry/Eliza Lutz 1/12/1826 Henry/Francin Hiltebridle 4/21/1853 Republican Advocate Nov. 26, 1807 "Chancery case - Michael Walter vs. heirs of Henry Myers, dec'd." [this must be another Henry Myers] Bartgis' Republican Gazette (Frederick, MD) Dec. 30, 1801 Henry Myers is listed as a non resident of Allegany County who is chargeable for an 1801 tax on land there. In the same newspaper on April 6, 1804, Henry Myers is on a list of folks with letters remaining in the Frederick, MD post office. That's all the traces of Henry Myers I could find.
