Tried locating the Washington Co. Free Library website only to have "sorry site not available" pop up on the screen. What I was wanting was an obit search for Russell Rhinehart who died there @ 27 May 2002. I believe his wife may be a Carolyn Rhinehart whom I would like to find and correspond with regarding her mother's family. If someone is going there - could you look for me? Loyla Thorpe was born in 1914 in Cumberland, MD to Jos. and Myrtle Margaret Custer/Thorpe. I'm hopeful that Carolyn will have information to share regarding our common Custer connection.
