    3. Hi, A great-aunt Elizabeth SIBERT/SEIBERT 1789-1832 m. 19 Oct 1805 Washington Co., Md., Edmund RUTTER Jr. 1775-1862. I also have this note in my files that may offer some clues: There is land [‘#17, 3-07-1738, L-38, 100, Rutter's Delight, John Rutter’] patented to one John Rutter in Washington Co., Md., 3-7-1738.
