    3. Roger, Adam's wife is listed in the marriage index as Rhuanna Spong 1/19/1846. My husband has an allied Spong line - Elizabeth Arnsberger was married to David Spong (of Sharpsburg) and David Spang's website indicates they had a child listed as Rubema that might be this person. I need to investigate further. The name is an occupational one - maker of buckles for shoes and it is also spelled Spahn and Spang. Look also for Hybarger spellings - the marriage records were in two different places.
