So here we have a case where the license in the marriage index is not the same as the marriage date. also: WEAVER, Geo/Ellenora Spickler 1/8/1851 There are about 4 marriages for women named Cath. Weaver. There is an equity case in 1829 between Ann and David Weaver - they had two children and then he abandoned them and went off to the western country, where he now resides. Her father, Wm Albert, died and she wants to clear any claims Weaver may have to her inheritance. I don't know if there is any connection to this family or not.
