Patsy: While I haven't been to Berkley Springs in a good many years I am sure there are motels etc. in the area, Hagerstown has quite a few and is not that far away to make it your headquarters. I sugeest you get into web sites like mapquest and hotel com, they will give rates, maps etc. I have used both of them on genealogy trips and it works fine.
