Hi, A brief search of Familysearch and google seems to show that Howard's middle name was Edwin, not Victor, and he was born in 1903. Per SSDI at Familysearch, was born 12 Aug 1903 and died Mar 1959; married Anna M. (per 1940 census); per his obit, her maiden name was McKey. Per SSDI at Family search, James V. was born 9 July 1900 and died Sep 1982; appears to have married Helen Armstrong in Ohio in 1924, but Findagrave lists his spouse a*s* Jeanette H. Tripp, so assume he was married at least twice. Hope this helps.
