Hi Ruth, Here is all the info I received on it. >The Washington County Genealogical Group in one of their quarterlies did an >article on the BARE Baer family some time back. :>) So far I have leaned that the Wash Co. Gen. Society is very small and does not have a publication and others suggested that it may have been the Historical Society. So I don't know. I will probably do a search in PERSI and see if the Bear/Bare name come up in any Washington Co publication in the last few years.
