    2. There is a Sgt. Lawrence EVERHART mentioned several times in "The Early History of Middletown, Maryland". There is a will in the year 1761 for Paul EVERHART in Baltimore County, Volume 31, Page 270, listed in the "Index of Maryland Colonial Wills 1634-1777".
