    3. Thomas Stone was a signer of the Declaration of Independence and was from Charles County, Maryland. Since what is now Prince Georges, Montgomery and even Washington counties were at one time part of Charles County I have forwarded your message to the members of the Charles County Maryland Genealogical Society in hopes that one of them can give you some help.
