There is a Mills family Bible in the Washington Free Library and there are four John Mills entries; however, not one of them fits the date you have. There are a few Mills entries in the marriage index 1799-1860, but no John entries. In Vol. II of the cemetery records there is a couple buried in the Clearspring Mennonite Church Graveyard: one grave plain stone Infants, three graves, plain stones MILLS, John H. age 83y 5m 9d d. 28 Jan 1936 MILLS, Rebecca P. w/o John H. b. 1861 d. 1896 three graves, no stones. [the latest date for these tombstone readings was in 1936 or so - so you can see things were very deteriorated already then - there are 7 volumes; I just have two.] In Vol III Graveyard on Wilbur JENNINGS farm, north end of Brownville MILLS, John H. age 78y 10m 6d d. 25 Feb. 1919 MILLS, Lucinda w/o John H.
