    3. I notice one of the names you are researching is NITZEL. Has any of your information come from the book "4 Old Families" by William Alexander Miller 1941 (descendant)? Book is complete with original photographs and is owned by the Maryland Historical Society, Call No. CS 71.H226M. One of the families is the NITZEL/NÜTZEL family of Williamsport, PA and concerns "Statement of Mr. John Nitzel relative to the services of his grandfather, John Nitzel (Johannes Nützel), and as to the services of his great-grandfather, Richard Simmons, in the America Army during the Revolution." 2. George, I have not traced this line because my Senator Joseph Henry Farrow married Mary Susan Nitzel. I have traced forward to date. However, I saw the book you mention and lamented that we could not purchase such a precious work...it seems a shame for it to be so limited. The photos were incredible...there was one of my Mary Susan. On my next trip I will ask them to copy the photo for me. If anyone is interested in Mary Susan Nitzel Farrow's children I have the info...now I just need the time to get back to my work!
