Cindy, In the marriage index there is a marriage of Geo J. FOCKLER/Margaret MORGAN 10/4/1837. Also Benj. FOCKLER/Louisa COLLEFLOWER 3/1/1851. Geo. FALKLER/Reb. WILSON 6/27/1843. The marriage index ends in 1860. I also saw a FOGLER entry in the newspaper extractions for a John who married Catherine MEISNER in 1826. There are some FOGLER burials in Trinity Evan. Luth. Church in Smithsburg - Vol III of cemetery books. There is a Maria FACKLER who had a letter at the P.O. in Hagerstown in 1812.
