Can someone tell me whether or not the names of the prisoners that were held at Hagerstown during the Rev War have been published anywhere? Karen

Karen: Did you hear anything on the Hagerstown Prison?? I have never heard of it before, are you sure there was a POW camp in Hagerstown during the Amer. Rev. War??
