So interesting, Lauren, especially about the different names for the cemetery. The Boonsboro Museum had it listed as Lydia Shunk from the History of Boonesboro by John Bast. It did seem odd to me that it wouldn't have been documented previously with all the great genealogist around. I will take the suggestions (take photos, list whatever is legible, etc and then can compare with what is in the Washington County Cemetery records. I'll also ask the owner of the farm what he knows about it. Per find-a-grave, at this point, wonder what the best name would be to list it under - the name in the Washington County Cemetery list would be the most logical but b maybe let me get back to you after I talk with folks there.
