    3. More info on the cemetery can be found if you google WA-II-048 and WA-II-078, Maryland Historical Trust. Apparently, the name is either Shunk's or Shank's and the cemetery was attached to an early Reformed German church on the site. The WA-II-078 paper has photos of the cemetery from 1974 when the Trust was working to name it as an historical site.
