    3. Remember ladies that like other States counties were broken up. Going by memory I think the whole area was originally part of Prince georges Co. and then split into Frederick Co. and thence part became Washington County.. So pinpointing where a person was born in Maryland during that period of time is not easy. Perhaps the Hall of Records in Annapolis would have a record of his birth.
