Gordon I am familiar with the Falls Rd area in Balt Co. I used to go fishing in Pretty Boy Dam. I'm sure you are talking about the Rte 40 off the Baltimore Beltway (695). 40 East goes into Balt City and 40 West to Catonsvillle. The Part of Route 40 West I am talking about is the Old Rte 40 West (Wagon Road) that Goes to WV and Ohio. I remember when Parts of Old 40 West was tore up to build I-70. You'll have to go out onto Rte 70 a few times and then pick up 40 again but the ride is worth it. There was a time when I had to use Rte 40 to get to Garrett Co. MD and Morgantown WV.
