Jackie, Maryland Herald July 2, 1801 There is a Moses Butcher who had a letter at the Hagerstown P.O. There are also some BUCHER entries in the newspaper extractions. One is a Rev. J.C. Bucher who appears to be marrying people with regularity for awhile. The other entry is for Catherine who lived in Hagerstown for years but died in MIddletown.
