Hi: My Henry Rough had 5 children from 1790 to 1797. He died in Washington Co. MD in 1799. His wife was named Eve. His children changed the spelling to Row. That's about as far back as I can get with him. She married John McIntosh from Scotland and they lived in Madison Twp., Columbiana County, Ohio.
