Richard, A few years ago I was told that there was some type of state "law" that the records have to be periodically checked for quality and that they are taken off for that purpose. How long they are off depended on what condition they were in or needed "repaired". Not sure if that is the reason this time or not. Perhaps someone else has newer info.
