    3. John, I have the same questions you do. If she wasn't Ann Blackistone, it was someone who had close ties to the Blackistone family. Every little clue I get seems to take me back to the Mason family but I haven't found the magic bullet. I forgot to ask......what do you make of the fact that Elizabeth (Gerard) Blackistone Rhymer Guibert named her married daughters with their married surnames but named her daughter, Ann, as "Ann Blackistone" in her Will. Could Ann Blackistone have married (1) John Coode II (d. 1718 in SMC) before Elizabeth wrote her Will? If so, why didn't Elizabeth refer to her as "Ann Coode" in her Will? Please advise.
