Francis Knott & sister Ann Knott came to St Mary's with their mother Rebecca & stepfather Robert Cole. I am descended through Ann Knott. Her father was Francis Knott Sr (who died England). Widow Rebecca Knott married Robert Cole before coming to Maryland. Robert was a freeholder at St Clements & Catholic. Have much info on the family.
