Linda I read your Evans theory but don't find enough evidence to make changes or to prove either of the two theories. There is no evidence that Enoch Abell's wife was not a Booth unless Booth was an earlier line. We have generattions. of John Booth Abells and Enoch Booth Abells. I would think that would be a better indication of a Booth ancestry than David Evans living in 3NR area nor do I see no David, Hugh, Graces, Judith'd siblings in the name of Abell children.
