    3. I'm interested in the O'Bryan's of Charles Co. & how they (or how many) connections to the Carrico's of Charles Co. BROYNE [BRYAN], JOHN, Charles Co. 11 Oct 1757; 15 March 1758 To son William Broyn, 1 sh. To son James, 1 sh. To son Peter Broyn, 1 sh. To dau Jane Yates, 1 sh. Wife Catharine, extx. to whom I give the remainder of my estate. Wit: Ignatius Bagott, John Carries. 30. 451 Carries is actually Carrico Charles County Maryland Will Book B-1, 1782-1785; Page 273, John Obryan's Will. I, John Obryan of CC, am sick and weak of body but of perfect mind and memory. To my wife Mary Obryan - all my real and personal estate, during her widowhood or single life, and no longer. To my sons William Obryan and Charles Obryan - all my real and personal estate, to be equally divided between them after the death or marriage of their mother. Executrix: my wife Mary Obryan, executor: Basil Obryan. Signed Dec 29, 1783 - John Obryan. Wit - James Carrico son of John, Timothy (X his mark) Farrand. Probated on Feb 10, 1784 by the oath of the executrix and by the oath of the executor and by the oaths of both witnesses. Mary OBryan quitted her claim to the afd will, and elected thereof her dower or third part of sd estate, both real and personal. Before John Muschett, Reg. of wills Charles Co. MD deed book IB 10 folio 297 dated 6/5/1813 Rev. William, Mary Ann & Basil O'Bryan sell Bristol/Piney Level/Grays Enlargement to Waters, Thomas Gibbons & Vincent King I think this has to be the widow of John & son William. You mention Charles is in Hardin Co., KY? Not sure where Basil fits in, John had a brother Basil....... Not sure that John's father William's wife was Elizabeth Douglas, there were 2 William O'Bryan's in Charles Co., in this time frame. Ignatius O'Bryan s/o William married Rhoda Ann Wethington d/o Thomas Wethington & numerous children married Carrico's in KY. Basil O'Bryan s/o William married Eleanor Wethington d/o Thomas. Doesn't appear they moved to KY with other Wethingtons ca 1795. What happened to descendants Another daughter of Thomas Wethington Mary Wethington married William Carrico who was deceased by 1795. What happened to descendants.
