I suspect that Margaret Thompson was the wife of James Thompson. Looking at the payments for the account, a payment was made to James Thompson and his wife for appraising and proofing the will. So, Sebastian and his sister Mildred, who married Archibald Pike, were witneses along with James Thompson and his wife Margaret. My question would be who is James Thompson? Was he a brother of Sebastian? I have a James Thompson (d. 1754) who married 1st, Elizabeth French, daughter of Martin French, whoes brother, James French, was one of the appraisers for Thomas Davis (d. 1718). I have no parents for him. Could he be the one? Randy On Wed, Jan 30, 2013 at 3:16 PM, John Dobricky <john.dobricky@gmail.com> wrote: > Hello. I have been wondering.
