    3. Hi folks, I have this deed which gives Nathan Harris 1/2 of the tract of land named Second, located in PG County. The other 1/2 of the tract belonged to the sister of Luke Nichols wife, Susannah Good, Jane Good. Does anyone have the Deed for the second half owned by Jane? Or, who did Jane marry? Prince Georges County Land Records book NN, Page 82 At the request of Nathan Harris the following Deed was recorded this 14th day of November 1752. This Indenture made the 10th day of June 1752 Between Luke Nichols of Frederick County in Province of Maryland planter and Susannah his wife of the one part and Nathan Harris of Charles County in Province of Maryland Gentleman of the other part witness that the said Luke Nichols and Susannah for divers and good cause and consideration ....him thereto moving but more especially for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred pounds of tobacco to them in hand paid by the said Nathan Harris to said Luke Nichols and Susannah doth hereby acknowledge and discharge the said Nathan ....hath granted bargained sold transferred and confirmed unto said Nathan Harris all his the said Luke Nicholls and Susannah their right estate property claim unto......half a track or parcel called Second lying in P.G. County which said track or parcel of land was originally on the 1st day of November 1701 granted by Lord Proprietary of the Province unto a certain John Good of St. Mary's County by said John Good in his last Will and Testament being dated 27th February 1709 giving and bequeathed to is son Richard Good which said Richard Good dyed thereof leaving issue of two daughters vis Jane Good and Susannah Good now wife of Luke Nicholls........................................................................
