    3. Dear list, I've been trying to sort out some old notes and need a bit of help. 1.) Who were the parents of John Raley (b. 1755)? According to my notes he married Elefred Drury (b. 1770). If anyone can place her it would also be lot of help. 2.) Does anyone know who this Ann B. Joy was? ******************************* Ann B. Joy 12/20/1833-6/9/1835 (EJM #1, Fol, 310) To Enoch Drury, all of my estate both real and personal. My Negro man named is to be sold and to have his choice of a master. The proceeds from his sale are to be the property of Enoch Drury. Executor: Enoch Drury. Witnesses: Joseph A. Wise, John B. Raley, Benedict J. Fenwick. NOTE: John S. Peacock, the grandson of the deceased, did not object to the probate of this will. (St. Mary's County Wills, 1821-1835 by Linda Reno) **************************** According to my notes she was the mother of the Elizabeth Joy who married Zachariah Peacock 11/6/1797. Any and all help greatly appreciated. Thanks much to everyone, Don Drury

Exec: son, George Francis Raley Wit: Joseph Simms, Dorothy Raley, Elizabeth Greenwell Source: (my transcription) Source for parents: http://archiver.rootsweb.ancestry.com/th/read/mdstmary/2008-06/1214478376 Elefred Drury (d. aft. 1834) - I have no information on her parents. 2. I show the same as you for Ann P. Joy and do not know who she was married to or her parents. Hope this helps a little.
