Hi List, Raphael Haywood was an early Constable in St. Mary's (by 1661) his estate mentions Mrs. Mildred Green as NOK I have Mildred Thompson w/o Thomas Green and whose first husband was William Shircliffe. Denis Mahoney was the administrator of Anne Haywood... and I have Denis as the husband of Mildred Shirlcliffe d/o William Shircliffe. For Mildred to be NOK, was Anne Haywood (widow) a Mahoney. Raphael Haywood received payments from Timothy Mahony's estate. Anne is not named in Arthur Thompson's will as a daughter. Another possibility is that Anne was a d/o John Boage to have received 1/2 of the 500acre tract Hawskirke. === Haywood, Raphael, St. Mary's Co., 22nd July, 1713; 5th Aug., 1713. Mike, What's so crazy about this is that Raphael Haywood named no wife in his will. If he was married to Ann, I'd have to believe she died before him but yet the administration accounts are dated after his. There was plenty enough litigation regarding Raphael's estate and you'd think if he'd been married, that would have been mentioned. The property was "Fawskirk" that Raphael devised to Rev. Robert Scott (Rector of All Faith). It was later in the possession of Rev. John Urquhart, also a Rector at All Faith.
