Robert Moseley applied for Rev War Pension in Ohio Co., KY in Feb. 1819, he gave age as 69. He showed his service was in the Pennslyvania Line. Frederick Co., MD shares a border with PA so perhaps you should be looking there. The pension rolls were official records so I pay attention to them.
